Doctors are just fine. Front office staff is are awful possibly due to overbooking/too many patients and over stressed. Waiting time is at least 30-60 min 99% of the time. Waiting room is crowded because it is way too small for the amount of patients. I requested a refill through my pharmacy and they have called the office several times and nothing. I have called myself 2x's and still nothing. I have been out of that medication for almost 2 weeks. Just tried to call again today 10x's and the call just drops even on a landline. I am upset to say the least.
