We bought our machine here, and while we were in people came in the store. Every customer had gotten an amount. If it went over that amount they said they would call and the customer could decide if they wanted to pay or pick it up with no charge. We saw two people pick up machines that were not worth it, and they looked like it too. Both got calls and decided not to have it done and one decided to look at machines with us. We needed time to think, and the other bought. When we came back we were in the store for a short time because we had seen enough demonstrations, picked up the machine that they put together for us in front of us, and left. I have seen a customer or two on random websites post mean sort of things, but to be honest, they probably just need to realize if you buy a bad machine, it costs you. Glenview Vacuum deserves more nice people posting things on sites like this because thats the rep. that they deserve. I had my granddaughter type this so if her grammar is bad i apologize.
