First time eating at this restaurant. Ordered beef pad thai and beef fried rice. The beef pad thai came out in a bowl. The noodles were sitting in a whitish liquid about 1/4 way up the bowl. Not what I expected but was open minded. Everything was soggy except for the onions and the few green peppers. The 'sauce' can be described as liquidly pad thai soup. The noodles were mushy. The beef was some composite beef that had the texture of steak fat. I think it was boiled beef that they fix in advance in put in beef dishes. The beef fried rice tasted ok but the same disgusting beef product. This is absolutely the WORST pad thai I have ever tasted. I didn't eat it. It looked and tasted gross. The manager or owner came by and asked how everything was and I told her it was terrible. She wasn't especially interested in why. She did offer to fix me something else which I declined. The owner needs to go to a real Thai restaurant and order pad thai to see how it should be prepared.

Went in for some take out and I almost had to pull over and eat it because it smelled soooo good. I will most certainly go back and eat in house.

The food at Wild Ginger is fresh, and delicious. They have the best pad Thai I have ever had. The service is excellent. Upon sitting at the table, a wine glass of water, a pot of hot tea and wantons are served- all before ordering your meal! The wait staff is very friendly and the owner's son is easy on the eyes :) This is one of the finest eating establishments that Gloucester has to offer, tucked away in a cute little shopping center.
