What a wonderful place to stay on the coast. There's eight cabins each a little different in size and lay out, but all have a fire place and all are dog friendly. We stay there any time we're in Gold Beach whether it's winter or summer. Do check it out.

If you are looking for some place cozy, rustic, and romantic; it is all here in one place! The furniture, fireplaces, beds, and ect. were all thoughtfully placed to capture views of the ocean front, but also had unique art (probably purchased from local artists) to give the feel for a real Oregon Coast experience. Some of the grounds are manicured and well taken care of but they also left a bit of natural habitat between the cabins and the shoreline for the wildlife that needs it. The paths to the gardens wind through different parts of the grounds with strategicaly placed benches to sit on and enjoy the surrounding views and vegetation. I like the setting of the spas that bring you closer to the sounds and smells and other elements of the ocean and yet warm and enjoyable to socialize there. If you are a beachcomber, there is plenty of beach there, and yes; I found some agates and other pretty stones. The management was friendly and informative for areas of interest and dining. It is accomodating and pet friendly and the people we saw there with their pets were responsible. The next time I go, I plan to take my daughters and grandchild with me so we can have a fun affordable trip to the coast.
