Gonzales High School, also known as GHS, provides educational opportunities for more than 700 students in grades 9 through 12. The school s curriculum includes math, English, Spanish, science, social science, physical education, and visual and performing arts. It administers the Title III program and serves food. In addition, Gonzales High School operates an athletic department that offers opportunities for students to participate in a range of sports activities, such as volleyball, football, basketball, tennis and cross-country. The school organizes a variety of dance events and programs. It additionally operates a counseling department that provides financial aid. Gonzales High School is a part of the Gonzales Unified School District.
