Referring to the Gonzales branch, Jack the manager is very disrespectful, He calls the company clients bastards. He gives out private information to anyone who calls and ask for information on you. If you call and ask for an extension on your loan he gets very rude. I'm speaking from experience. The company would be a lot better without Jack. Maybe he should retire he sure looks old enough .

If you are looking for a good loan company, this company is not worthy. The employees are rude and very unprofessional which makes business with them very unpleasant. I also know a few people from the community who have also done business with Community Acceptance and they also state that their experience with the company was a nightmare on Elm Street. Please seek a company that deserves to have your business because this one DOES NOT!! Please do not waste your time and/or money with this company!!
