Cleanest storage facility I have ever seen. units are AIR CONDITIONED not swamp cooled. I store some good furniture here and it looks as good as when I put it in the unit 2 years ago!

I just renewed for a second year, clean, safe storage and a great staff to deal with.

I have been with Palm Gate for almost 8 months now. The facility is always clean and the staff are very helpful. We looked at many facilities in the west valley and they don't compare to Palm Gate!

GREAT LOCATION, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED AND REALLY CLEAN AND SAFE! THEY EVEN HAVE A UPS STORE ON SITE! I'VE NEVER BEEN AT A SELF STORAGE FACILITY WHERE THE STAFF WERE AS FRIENDLY!
