We called this business on a Friday morning around 7 a.m. and had service the same day! We went all night without air conditioning on Thursday night and we were miserable! We called friday morning, he showed up that afternoon at 3 p.m. right when he said he would be there!! Not to mention this was one of the hottest days of the summer!! I would recommend this company to ANYONE and EVERYONE!! Great prices, not trying to just make money, completely honest and affordable. We were so lucky! Having a 7 month old in the house made it difficult with the heat and he was there to help us SAME day! 10 out of 10 stars!!

10 Years ago they installed out Central Heating and AC unit. At the time I believe the father of the family was in charge and the service was excellent. Since that time the son or another family member has taken over operations, and here was out experience.



Last month the unit went down and they came out to service it. One specific part was out, so they bypassed that part so that the unit would run - but it would run continuously until the actual part was replaced. They also told us to run it without a filter because they said the filter we were using was incorrect - despite the fact that we were using the filter they told us to use.



It took two weeks for them to come replace the part, despite the fact that I was told that "it is on the truck - I just have to get by there". ….they were also supposed to bring the new filter. The part was finally replaced, but no filter was installed. I tried for three weeks to get them to bring the filter. One 4 specific occasions they said they would "be out this afternoon" - but they never came.



Then two days ago, the entire unit shut down.



After three call, I finally got to a serviceman. He asked what was wrong and I told him the unit had quit running completely. When I mentioned that I didn't know if this had anything to do with the filter, he LAUGHED at me. I said, "it might be funny to you, but you are not the one with no AC when I just paid to have it repaired…..HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called five times that evening and another five times the following day. Leaving messages saying that the unit was not working at all. He never returned my calls. I finally had another company come out and fix it. Do not use these guys!
