S&E Constuction was hired to finish my basement. This company demonstrated incompetence at every turn. The agreed upon design was not followed. When asked why they changed the design the response given was, "I thought that is what you wanted.". I gave Sam, the owner, specific design plans and they were not followed. I asked Sam if their was a specific reason for why the design was not followed and his response was, "No,". No concern was given to how they left my home. During drywall installation they left a trail of mud and dust through out my house. I had drywall dust and mud everywhere, not just the basement! No attempt was made to limit the mess. The drywall seams were raised and noticeable done wrong. I asked what happened and his response was, "The lighting was poor and I could not see it.". This company is anything but professional. S&E Constructions only concern is getting the job done as fast as possible and try to increased the price with fake expenses at the end.
