I recently visited this Verizon Store to upgrade to a smart phone. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, to a handshake and smile by Ryan Medley. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, curious and helpful in the phone selection process. He never rushed or pressured the sale and took the time to show me the most cost effective plan for my needs. Ryan also set up my new phone, transferred my contacts and taught me the functionality of my new device. In the 20+ years that I have had cell phone service this was by far the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Ryan is also a veteran of the armed forces and served for 6 years in the United States Navy. I am now a life long customer.
