We Liked in Tall Tree for 2 years, and we loved it. The water smells because it is well water, but that isn't really the fault of the management. The rent and deposit are very affordable, and the apartments are clean, and spacious. I liked the fact that the management was on-site as well.

I lived in tall tree manor for about 6 months, in that 6 month time my children got sick about 7 times.. The water smells thoroughly disgusting. I believe there was mold in the house. The deposit to move in and monthly rent is great. But at least once a month someone's in the roof stomping around pouring tide ontop of it.. If you have children I would recommend not living there.
