Trash is pileing up for almost 2 weeks. Gardeners came and couldn't do their job and had to leave. Is this a property management problem or a board problem. Also never get a return phone call.

Shannon is an all star. She did take good care of the
situation and went the extra mile to explain the
constraints she was up against that led up to the overgrown problem. I believe we are now on a regular schedule with a professional gardening team, the owner stopped by to introduce himself and asked if there was anything specific that needed attention. Very professional.. Thanks

I want to commend Shannon for handling a problem with my rental property. My tenant called and said the water heater was shot and needed replacing. Not intimidated she had a plumber first go by even though the tenant said he worked for the gas co and knew what he was talking about. Turned out the burner and ignite needed cleaning and that the heater was fine. Thanks so much.

Their leasing team secured an A+ tenant at super fair market rent and the ongoing issues of dealing with tenant and repairs were all handled by the property manager and the maintenance team. Great company with a pro staff

The property I rent from is managed by Prellis Property Management. They are so efficient and helpful. The are professional and always nice when I have to make a request or have a question. If you want your tenants to be happy, use Prellis!
