This company is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. The guards are rude and the owner yelled at me on the phone when I tried to complain about his employees being rude to shoppers near my store. Horrible

We have used Absolute for about 3 years now and have always had great service. We had last minute changes to our scheduling and they easily accomodated us without any problems. We are extremely happy with this company and plan to use them for a long time.

We had a problem with a former employee and we hired Absolute Security. They sent an armed guard to our business and not only was he extremely rude to us, he was almost hostile towards our clients. After 4 hours of putting up with this we asked him to leave. He told us he was not leaving until he got paid.



We had to call the police to get him to leave. This company is one that you should avoid. It was the most unprofessional and frightening experiences we ever had in our 20 years of business.

the security is no where to be found half of the time, I live at the Copper Beech location in Alendale, Rumors have it that security officers are drinking and partying with the college kids.

I manage a large apartment complex in Grand Rapids. I contracted with this company after a rash of vandalism, car break-ins and an armed hold up/robbery. That was 8 months ago and there hasn't been a single incident since. I've been in this business for a long time and dealt with several security agencies. These guys are the best hands down.
