I purchased windows from this company, they have all cracked around the calking on the inside. They forgot to place my order, when they did it was the wrong windows. Then they tried to tell me I gave them the wrong info. Well if your replacing all windows. That means all windows? The installation went smooth. The installation team did a good job. The office staff were rude, and the owner seemed unconcerned that it was no big deal they forgot to order the windows. I had to call and ask were are my windows? Opps, paid for them up front. Took weeks to get the order right. I was so tired of waiting I just settled with the color. The sales team not so bright, again office staff, wouldn't return calls and rude. But hey it's not their money. Never again!
