Avoid at all costs!

The owner's and staff of this highly incompetent firm are exactly what you need to avoid on your next project. This company will be a hindrance to anything you are trying to accomplish. The reports take 2 to 3 times longer than the local competition to complete. I don't believe anyone working there has any sense of customer satisfaction. As soon as they get their money from you, you stop being of any importance or concern to them. Most of the staff is extremely incompetent with very little if any actual experience. Basic questions could not be answered by the "senior" field staff and phone calls weren't returned in anything close to resembling a "timely" manner. Do yourself a huge favor and call anyone else in the phone book other than these guys, you will definitely thank me!
