I have been into a lot of businesses and this one by far is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed, I have been dealing with them for about a week and they do not answer the store phone when I call, when I go in they keep telling me that it is my fault that things are not working out, they won't tell me what I even need. I have had to go in to get any assistance but still don't get any, I went in today and they still have no clue what ia going on, so I told them I will never be back that that store has the WORST customer service ever, and the worker says "well good your UGLY anyway". Really did that just happen? And I have been trying to reach a manager and their not willing to do anything either, so if you need to go to a boost store I strongly suggest to go elsewhere from this location and the location on Burton. I will also be contacting the BBB regarding this situation.
