David Fermin, MD, FACC, FHFSA is a board-certified cardiologist and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Dr. Fermin completed his M.D. and internal medicine residency at University of Minnesota Medical School. He went on to Mayo Clinic for fellowships in cardiovascular diseases and advanced heart failure & transplant cardiology. Dr. Fermin's primary interests include heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and other genetic heart diseases, cardiac amyloidosis and pregnancy-associated cardiomyopathies.
