This is the most unique store I have ever visited. From US Flags to the Garden Banners and Windsocks, it was very fresh and delightful. I stopped in to see if they could do a custom flag for my husband's birthday and they could. Owner and staff were very kind and helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend this business for flags. They have great customer service with affordable prices.

I created this account just to rate the company. I am that disappointed. I have spent at least $1000.00 within the last 3-4 years. I buy (or used to buy) all my flags from Flags Unlimited for all my properties and I replace the flags often as they wear.



In July of this year, 2011 I bought a Marine "Banner Flag" and an expensive holding post that stuck in the ground as this banner flag was installed next to my brothers headstone, which is UNDER a huge tree at the cemetery.



The owner and the help at the time (Lady), assured me that these banner flags will last for a couple of years.



When I went back in today, Friday, November 25, 2011 the girl, in whom was great, (not the same one who sold me the flag) called the owner and I showed him the flag. I stated that I just bought this In the beginning of July and showed the owner the flag, which was ripped and faded BADLY, and asked him if this was normal to be damaged this bad in less than 4-5 months? (Please note, I did not ask for a refund or anything, I just asked him if this is normal)



He stated to me that he don't care, as these are cheap flags that are imported and he will only provided a warranty of 4 weeks tops. He also reminded me that is why these flags are only $22.00 because they are cheap and imported.



I was a little shocked, with that I replied to him, " I know there are only $22.00, I just feel that they should last longer than what it has. He replied back to me AGAIN, that he don't care they are cheap imports.



I simply said fine, I will take my business elsewhere and left. SO if anybody knows of a good flag shop around Grand Rapids, Mi please let me know. 818-861-6301

You can't believethe numberof options for flags. I had been looking for a replacement flag that I lost while saliing. What I thought was one of a kind was quickly located and gladly purchased. In addition they they help me locate a special memory regarding my mother-in-law. Looking for good people visit and buy here.
