These guys are absolutely amazing. Water in the basement, and I'm in a panic. I call them at Noon on a Saturday, and they answer! A half hour later they are in my driveway, with a mass of equipment, and start clearing up the problem. After a few hours of rather smelly work, the basement is clean and disinfected. Fans are placed all over the place to dry things up, and I have my basement back. They haul away the sodden junk from the basement. If I had tried to do this myself, it would have taken weeks, and still would not have been completed as well.



Randy and Adam from ServPro of SW GR came to our rescue, and did a superb, very professional job of taking care of a real mess. What is more, is that from the very instant that I spoke to them on the phone, and all through the job, they very competently and confidently explained to us how things were going to progress, and they delivered on every single bit of it. This was, I know, a long way from the disasters that befall some unlucky people, but it was a real disaster to me. They immediately made us feel like things were going to get better quickly, and they did. I will call them again, and recommend them to anyone I know in a heartbeat. They are miraculous professionals whose job is to save people in trouble. They certainly did that for me.
