I got ripped off twice how could i get my money back?. I order soda 2 ltrs which were $3 dollars a piece and i noticed they took more out of my card when i checked my bank statement and the order I put in isn't that fraud?

Worst Service Ever. Charged me and never received my food

I have ordered from Special Delivery / gogetmyfood.com many times and find them to be nothing more than professional and convenient. I would highly recommend them!

I have tried to use this serv 2x and had issues both times. 1x I ord from the menu and one item wasn't even on the restraunts menu anymore so they delivered something I didn't even ord...with out notifing me 1st. Today I ord from a restraunt and I received a call from the "weekend manager" stating that the restraunt had closed..this was not notated on the menu or website any where. Also noticed on the homepage of the website it states the deliver fee is $4.00 per restruaunt but they charged me $6.00. While on the ph with the manager I looked at my bank acct to find out that the 26.00 was deducted from my bank acct already after the manger tried telling me it wouldn't be. Then he stated that it would not affect my balance any, which it did. I asked what he was going to do to correct the issue since I had no money to purchase food with and he gave me no answer and actaully hung up on me.

I will not be using this service again.
