Dentist did fine work, but the office is incompetent. Staff did not investigate insurance coverage and assumed coverage amounts and underestimated my insurance coverage by $500. They said they normally do a preauthorization but did not, and would not take any responsibility when they said a procedure would cost me $180 but instead they billed me the additional $500 three months later. Unacceptable. Will never use again because there is no trust. Office was a cold and indifferent to their miscalculation. They performed services my insurance did not cover in any way, and they did not even attempt to confirm the coverage.
