I was working last week with a older woman that knew what she was doing at this office. Titles, tags inspections... Kansas won't give a title untill a vech is paid off. This woman understood this. After hitting a deer, my pick up went into the shop for repairs so it can pass MO inspection (head light pointing up). Have inspection done, went to lic the pick up for MO and some you child was working the desk. I had to have the title she said. And that was that. She didn't care that Kansas won't give a title for something until paid. So now have pick up with out a lic, have to take a day off work and drive BACK to kansas to get title to make this little girl happy.

Need better trained people at this office, or at least smarter people.

That this is a good way to find a business, restraunts,etc........
