i stopped in five of the other auto parts stores in grants pass trying to find timing tensioners and idlers for my 2000 bmw 740il and no one had a listing or even knew what i was talking about. i went to jiffy auto parts the local carquest store and not only did they have the parts listed but were able to have them overnight at less then half the price the dealer in medford wanted. since then i have been purchasing all my parts there and very happy with their parts knowledge and quick service.
