Bought a Husqvarna blower, top of the line for $579.95. Older man (owner, I presume) threw in a 6 pack of gas/oil mix, a $16 value. Other stores have a lot to be desired. Mark Lewis's (Lewis Power Equipment) wife sold me the wrong Troy Horse seals even though I called ahead providing the correct part number. According to him, it was my fault for providing "...the wrong part number" even though the seals I got were off by one (the last) part number. I "assumed" they knew what they were doing and didn't check. Just cost me a 30 mile round trip to get the right ones. I knew something was wrong when, even though I provided the correct part number over the phone, she requested my model/serial number. She obviously looked up the numbers herself but looked at the wrong shaft seals. Anyway, back to The Husky Shop. I'm satisfied with the sales and service and will return if I ever need another new piece of equipment. I do my own repairs.

Horrible experience. Owner is rude and doesn't care to keep his customers happy. Bad customer service. Tried to talk to him but he continually interrupted me. Never going back again.

Great shop! I bought leaf blower here. Also mower repair; I needed needle valve & seat for my old Tecumseh, and after talking to me long enough to discover that I didn't really know how to install it, the mechanic took the time to install it for me. Mower runs great!
