I love this business and the people -- they have done nothing but bend over backwards for us!We have rented our whole lives. In that time I have experienced demanding and unfriendly property management people--but PMP does NOT fit this bill. We have signed a lease, and in a year's time they have answered our every rental inquiry and/or request in a timely fashion. Moreover, every time I go to their office they are personable--vociferously so! In fact, their name befits them; they are the epitome of the term "Professional." One more thing, they do not ask for any intermittent walkthroughs for vague reasons--at all; nor have they ever called us or asked to inspect the premises. They do just as they should (manage afar but with tact). I simply do not see or understand these other reviewers opinions. But it seems odd I think that most of these reviewers are anonymous or use an alias instead of identifying themselves. (Don't you think??)... Go there and talk to this wonderful group of people. See for yourself. They have many properties to choose from, and are reasonably priced for rentals! Also, I want to say that my family has rented from PMP for over a year now. So this is a solid review. (P.S. sometimes people cast stones when they themselves are in the wrong, but called to the plate for their wrong). I am a business owner, and the things that people expect from businesses can be inconceivably unfair! People should own up to their own mistakes more is my sound opinion.
