Provided by YP.comI had asked for regular oil. I was charged for synthetic oil. Didn't notice it until I was home. Called the next day and the response was that he would talk to district manager to get the refund. didn't hear back the next day so I called again. Same excuse. I stopped calling after 3 calls. Never did hear back nor get my refund. The lesson is to check your bills closely before you leave the shop and don't leave until you get your bill settled
