I've used Poulsens for years now. They have staff that are helpful and much more knowledgeable than the box stores. They are also readily available. I've even had them me steer me to other places for competing products when their product did not fit my application.

It's unbelievable how bad the customer service is. I made a purchase using my debit card and the cashier ran the card twice. I was double charged for my purchase and brought in my bank statement to show the manager that they owed me $21.00. The manager does nothing and the bookkeeper is clueless and says that the headquarters need to research this. My bank calls the headquarters to verify I was indeed overcharged and I still have not gotten my money back. I don't see how hard it would be for them to apologize and give me a refund. They have all the proof they need to see they double charged me. Be warned that they do not value their customers at ProBuild.
