Love this place! They are the nicest people and so easy to work with. Honest and reliable.

Honest, fair and a great staff that always gets the work done in a friendly and timely manner. We wouldn't ever trust our family's car to anyone else!

Very clean, friendly and fair parts and labor fee's. They are my first choice with my personal vehicles and now with promoting where to go with my employers auto's.

In the last three years that I have lived in Great Falls, customer service in any facet has been frustrating. Jerry Nobles has been an exception. What really surprised me was how considerate they were in making sure I was getting the correct tires and they even went the extra mile to get my order in after their deadline which cut a week off of the shipping time. The only reason they did not receive a five star rating is because I have had to wait almost two hours for my service and have become bored enough to write this review.

It is so nice to know that I can take my vehicles in and get excellent, honest service. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Tire Factory over any shop in town.

I had these guys put some new rims on my truck and the guy that put them on scuffed up one of the edges of my brand new rim pretty badly. When i went back to ask them if they would replace the rim, the owner flat out said "no, we didn't do this" . I am 100% sure without a doubt that they were responsible and just didn't have the decency to fess up and fix it. They lost my families business for sure.

New to town, friend recommended Tire Factory.

I was held hostage for 1.5 hours for a simple tire swap. No work order was made up so they forgot about me. I finally sat at the counter where 2 employees were talking and they ignored me for 10 minutes while they talked about their medical conditions. Another employee walked in and manned the counter, but he didn't know what work was done or how to bill me because no paperwork.

Disappointed.

Super good and honest. I got a second opinion from them (unplanned by the way) and out another place was setting me up to pay a $1000 for something that wasn't needed. They are the only ones I go to now

When I called to make the appointment I advised that my breaks were squeeling, I stated that I thought it was the front but I wasn't sure, please check it out. I brought in my car and they allegedly fixed the issue. When I got my car the breaks were still making noise. I went back in and was informed they "fixed" the front breaks. I said it was still making the same noise, I hadn't asked them to fix the front breaks, I asked them to make it stop squeeling. After paying for the front breaks, they told me I can bring the car back in and they'd fix the rear breaks. The front didn't need repaired as I had just done them myself less than two years ago. I had to come in the next day and they did my rear breaks, which I was also charged for. I left, thinking everything was fine but still angry I was charged twice for something that I felt had not been fixed. Later that day I parked my car and used the emergency break in a crowded parking lot, my car started rolling backwards, my daughter risked herself to catch it before hitting another car. The emergency break worked fine when I took it in and it is part of the rear break system. I went in several months later after my mother convinced me to give them another chance to redeem themselves. The man at the counter was rude and told me I'd have to pay to get it fixed. I was angry and admit I yelled. Now I have been advised I am not allowed in their building. All I wanted was an apology, my e break fixed and maybe a partial refund since they "fixed" something that didn't need it. Now I am angry because they are refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.

Couldn't have asked for better service or nicer employees. Jerry Noble tire Factory has made a life long customer out of me.

Their service is impecable and they back up what they sell 100%. Alawys have, always will. Thanks for the honesty and service.
