I had purchased an RV from an out-of-state dealer on the 4th of July weekend and upon arrival we discovered a major warranty item that couldn't be fixed, and I had company at our lake property from all over the country. I contacted Rebecca at Pierce RV Supercenter who immediately contacted the manufacturer, got the necessary parts ordered (which I was not allowed to do) and kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire ordeal. She orchestrated with the manufacturer to ensure that the parts were overnighted to me and double checked the process all the way through. There was little to gain for Pierce but Rebecca's over-the-top service in my emergency proves that Pierce is a dealership that truly believes in customer service to a finely honed degree. My next RV will definitely be purchased through Pierce RV Supercenter. Rebecca is a true asset to the dealership and a credit to their good name. Greg Hamilton Missoula MT.

Buyer Beware. These guys give everyone in the industry a bad name. Over inflated pricing, rude management and sales staff, and thats just a start. I live close by and took a look at there website for a used Bounder Motor Home. I was quoted a price over the phone, came down to take a look in person and the price was raised $10,000.00!!! Of course this couldn't be explained. Was simply told that the price difference was "my mistake". I wouldn't go back if this was the last dealer in the state!!

Even though we didn't buy our motor home at McCollums (wish we had), they have always been anxious to give us advice on certain technicalities. We have often been in their maintenance department to ask questions and always got good advice from them. We have often purchased accessories from them and found their prices right in line with RV catalogs. We had slide awnings installed on our new motor home and the results have been excellent. I would prefer going to McCollums over any other RV dealer, they have always given us honest answers to our questions. If we purchase a new RV we will most certainly go to McCollums first.

Make sure McCollums has a clear understanding that you want to use the rv/camper upon purchase. Repairs/service scheduling can take up to a month.
