Always has the newest Mac's and always in stock! I know they can't compete price wise with the big box stores but the sales staff makes up for it.

Knowledgeable, but poor customer service. I recommended that a friend buy an iMac for e-mail, web surfing, photo viewing and casual document creation. The unit they received had a problem with the CD, so I reported it 2 days after purchase. No option to exchange as Dead On Arrival, not willing to order the part before she brought it in. Instead, my friend had to bring the computer in, give them a credit card number with at least $500 available credit (for a warranty repair!) wait for them to order, and be without her new computer for 7 days. My friend bought quite a few extra options when initially purchased at quite a large markup compared to an online purchase. We both expected local purchase from an authorized dealer with service meant something, but apparently not.
