LG sent this company to repair our dishwasher. They came out three times, replaced a drain pump that probably didn't need to be replaced, didn't replace the pipe on the pump properly, so the water ran down to our basement, and the heater unit failed as a result. They also ruined the legs the machine stood on. The fourth time LG sent a real repair company.

I brought my 2 year old Samsung Plasma here in early June as they're the only authorized samsung dealer in N/E WI. I was told when I dropped it off that they would look at it that day.I had to call them repeatedly to try to get a diagnosis of any type. They took over 4 months with me being the only one to call only to find out they cannot fix it. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen.
