Provided by YPmobileI was 10 minutes late for an exam (as I went in the wrong side of the mall) and was told the dr was already packing up so I would not be seen. I simply needed her to take a quick look but the boy at customer service refused to ask. I have had horrible eye pain for 2 weeks and yet the examiner couldn't be bothered for 5 minutes to take a look so that I could get some relief. I will never go to any visionworks and will recommend none of my friends and family go either.
