I have been sitting here for over an hour and my wife has been called back for more than 30 min. When I asked the front staff if my wife was ok, she glanced at me without saying anything, walked to the back door and said the dr was with her now. 45 min after she went back there. Horrible service and had to wait way to long to be seen by a doctor. There were about 5 people that went in after my wife and they all left before she was seen by a doctor. They were not busy, barely anyone in the waiting room at all. I would not recommend anyone go here and I will never go here again!!

This urgent care held onto a bill for services rendered for 10 months before they sent me an actual bill. Since i participate in FSA- i was unable to use money ive set aside to pay for the bill- this caused me to have to pay for it out of pocked. Had they sent out their bills in a timely manner none of this would have happened. When i called to ask about why it took them 10 months to send out their bills- i got excuse after excuse. The woman in the billing department, Deborah, is probably one of the rudest people ive had the pleasure (haha) to talk to. She expressed an attitude (a major one) 20 seconds into the conversation. Not only was she rude to me- but also my insurance provider. I will never go back to their facility and urge everyone else not to as well.
