A few months ago I was headed out to help a friend move. She and her husband had just bought their dream home and a week later she was told that she had terminal cancer with just months to live. With amazing friends by my side, we had determined to move her, her husband and their three children all in one day. We would pack on one end and unpack on the other. Then my husband called to tell me that I was leaking diesel from my excursion and that I need to head strait to the dealership. I began to cry. I didn't have time for this! We needed my excursion to help move stuff. I pulled in and accidentally went into the parts instead of service and blurt out my problem. They kindly told me I went in the wrong door. Then Jim came out, popped my hood and tightened up something. He told me so drive it around the back so he could clean off the engine. I was in and out in 15 min. He saved the day!! We got her all moved that day with them help of your employee. I am ever so thankful he took the time to listen to me that day. What a blessing!!

Gresham Ford is simply the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. They treat you fair and always do the right thing for the customer. I would highly recommend both the sales and service department to anyone with a automobile!!
