This is a class act business

I have recieved a bid from Master Builders. At this point I have not moved forward with the project due to financial constraints. I appreciate The time that was spent as had I accepte the first much lower bid I would be in a bad situation now as the original contractor left out major costs that would have been incured had I selected them.

Some contractors like to low ball to get the job. I would rather know the true cost up front so that I can make an informed decision about how to proceed. In this case it will take me another few months to save so that I can pay for the project and avoid debt, but it will be worth it in the long run
