They promised they could trim my trees in the winter and would know what exactly which branches were dead, even after the leaves had fallen, saying it was easier to do a good job in the winter. They came in January 2014 and I paid their $1700 bill in February. Then, in April, it became clear they missed numerous large dead limbs, one of them right in front of my picture window. After three months of calling, someone came out when I was gone and removed one of the limbs (not the one in front of the picture window), ignoring the rest. In the three months since then they have refused to return any of the four messages left with both the receptionist and on voicemail. I have given up trying to get them to finish the job.Do not trust them to trim your trees after the leaves have fallen. In the dead of winter they do not know which limbs need to be trimmed and then, when the missed dead limbs become obvious to you after the leaves grow back in the spring, they have already taken your money and it will be impossible to get them back to do the work they promised to do.
