They sent out a tech on light duty for Cox communications who could not use a ladder. He was supposed to put in a work order for his supervisor to come out. We never heard anything, so i called them. I was given a date and time for them to come out. I never got a call and no one came out. I called again, and same thing. 3 times this happened. I called Cox the last time, and they can't even see where any of this happened. 8 months we have had this issue of weak and connectivity issues both internet and cable. Bottom line is both companies are not worth using.
