Assorted minicupcakes sampled. Almost all 12 were dry, maybe sitting around awhile? I don't know. A dozen was over $ 14 and they're quite small (one or two bites). On the plus side, the staff were friendly and the eating area in house seemed clean and comfortable. Overall, disappointed, though. I had high hopes for this place, but.......

Don't go!I would not give them ONE star but you cannot submit a review without one. I was excited to find out there is a bakery here because we do a lot of entertaining. I went in and bought one of every cupcake they had for a luncheon with my friends and was very disappointed. They WERE dry and mostly flavorless. A couple of them seemed stale. The girls at the counter were friendly which had added to my high hopes for the quality of the cupcakes! When I asked if they had a list of the flavors they could make they said that they just made whatever sounded good. Here is a tip, learn how to make a good cupcake before you get creative. They have fantastic ideas that sound delicious on paper but they just do not have the skills to make them a delicious reality.

This was my first time and I must say I was excited for a bakery in Gulf Breeze. I gave two stars simply because the two girls at the counter greated me immediately and were very pleasant. For that they both deserved a star.Initially looked around and was a bit disappointed with the small selection of items. I also found it odd that when I walked in there was not that wonderful smell you would expect in a bakery of fresh baked goodies. I bought two muffins, small ones for a bakery in my opinion, and an apple turnover. These three items cost me nine dollars and some change. A bit expensive I'd say considering the muffins were no bigger than what you could make at home. The muffins were VERY dry and lacked in flavor. The apple turnover seemed a bit stale and and excessively sweet, now I know it's a turnover and sweet, but this was almost like too much sugar went into the filling. Really dissappointed to say the least. I took a to go menu for breakfast and lunch and those prices seemed reasonable, but honestly, based on the almost 10 dollars for those 3 items and the lack of quality I doubt I'll be in to try anything else. Real shame was hoping for something special in Gulf Breeze but as usual was disappointed. Wish them luck, but can't say I see this place lasting very long.

I've always been greated with a smile. And the place feels like home! I just love the root beer cupcakes. Obviously the first reviewer had a really bad day. This place is SUPER!

Please disregard the initial review. It appears to be by a disgruntled customer or more than likely an employee. Apparently the previous reviewer did not buy anything or they would not have written such a review. I have eaten at this establishment and find it to be very good. The food is delicious. It is about time this area has a bakery that provides a variety of fresh baked goods.. This is so much better than getting the processed desserts and breads from the area supermarkets. I gave this bakery a five star rating, give it a try and you will too! No, I am not the owner nor an employee, I'm an Air Force nurse that knows quality when i see and taste it.

The food here is not so bad if you don't mind eating food that is not held up to the saftey regultions put forth for restraunts in the state of Florida. The owner is the absolute worst business owner I have ever seen and runs a business based off what she wants not customers and treats employees like complete crap. I wouldn't reccommend this place to my worst enemy. Beware!!
