i recently decided to hire our local tint world shop to install a full wrap on one of our trucks. We had paid a deposit sent over our graphics and such dropped off for install. was told it would be 10 days, little long but ok figure they take their time and do an awesome job. we get the call i grab a guy run up to get it. i was in the parking lot and i coulkd see the truck inside one of the bays and from there i could see something was wrong with the wrap. my guys gets out says that they didnt do a full wrap so im thinking great now what. i continue to use my phone answering emails, and the local boss comes out in a beeline for my truck, appearantly my guy told him i wasnt happy. he starts yelling at me being very agressive, and everytime i try and speak he cuts me off yelling, things like "im going to sue you into bankruptcy" "you aint getting this truck". among many other things. now at this point i still hadnt made it off the phone let alone out of the truck. i only manage to say to this irate insane person, that that isnt a full wrap installed as i sit in my fully wrapped truck. he directed his guys to put truck up in shop, he gets extremely close to my truck picking at the vinyll and making me uncomfortable, so i shut my truck door and leave. this tint world "professional" was out of line, out of his damn mind, and should be immidiately hospitalized not running a franschise.

called tint world for pricing information and they kept pushing me to come in. they were hesitant to answer questions over the phone. very pushy. I ended going to another tint shop because their prices were high. I was told that they use suntek window film. I called 2 other suntek dealers and they were $100.00 cheaper on price for the cxp film and the warranty was good at any suntek dealer unlike theirs that was only good at their stores. they had a nice shop but that was it. do your research
