David J. Winchester MD, FACS is a bilingual surgical oncologist at City of Hope Cancer Center Chicago (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America [CTCA]), working with a team of cancer experts and performing a wide range of standard-of-care and sophisticated surgical procedures. In his role, Dr. Winchester evaluates and treats patients with a variety of types and stages of cancer, primarily focusing on adrenal cancer, breast cancer, melanoma, parathyroid tumors, sarcomas and thyroid diseases. He also serves as Co-Medical Director of the Breast Program. Dr. Winchester considers himself a "hands-on clinician." "I've developed strong relationships with my patients, and my goal is to maintain them and build new ones," he says.
