I have had a wonderful experience with an A&E AMBULANCE. I was pretty nervous at first about us starting the whole process to find our facility a new transportation company, but after the first few months, I think management made a good decision by using their services. They have plenty of vehicles and resources to accommodate any volume of calls and their resources were seriously tested during super storm Sandy when we had a substantial amount of calls in short period of time. Their staff makes you feel very comfortable and you can ask any questions you want. Stephanie, the office manager is amazing: a real professional and on top of everything. I definitely recommend this carrier and their staff to anyone whose interested in transportation services.

The people there are very friendly and very professional. I am 100% happy about my decision to use their services. I used their services for my mother so many times and they were nothing other than amazing and spectacular . I recommend everyone to use their services.

This company is notorious for paying off other companies employees to steal patients. They offer $2,000 per dialysis patient to employees and offer more money and more hours to new hires that can bring patients from previous companies they work for prior to A & E. They promise a lot, but deliver nothing. They technically only have 2 trucks but they have other relatives who have opened other companies under different names because they have been in trouble and under scrutiny from the state before. These people will do anything for a patient. They are also known to bribe directors and administrators for more work.
