Brain Morgenweck was a pleasure to work with! He helped us to sell our aunt's property in South Hackensack quickly and efficiently. He was very understandable to our situation, flexible to our needs, and negotiated in our best interests. He has a knack for boiling down all the jargon of the business into language you could understand. When the first buyer fell through, he was able to find us a second, and then quickly negotiated a final sale. In my opinion he went above and beyond what I'd expect a realtor to do, without batting an eye. My family appreciated his honesty and easy-to-work-with personality, especially since we are from out of state. It was quite apparent he knows the area very well, and the community. It was comforting to know he was in our corner. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in Bergen.

I recently had a house sold. Brian was amazing. The first buyer pulled out of the deal. Brian kept going. The second buyer also pulled out of the deal, but Brian kept going! He got the second buyer to come back and actually pay MORE money! Energy, enthusiasm, and expertise. Very highly recommended!!!
