I was looking for a Serta I Confort pillow and was having problems finding the one I wanted. Joanne,the saleswoman at the Hackettstown store was so very helpful.She showed me what was in the store that was similar to what I wanted, but not the one.
she told me to wait a minute and she went online and found a pillow that had everything I needed in a pillow. I am so thankful for her input and her kindness. I asked joanne about getting a twin mattress for my grandson and sure enough she showed me a great mattress at a good price. I went in for a Pillow and came out with a Mattress. Thank you Joanne for your time and kindness. I would recommend Mattress Firm in Hackettstown to everyone.
