had them in to fix the heat thousands of dollars later still no heat they have come back 5 or 6 times and every time they say it;s fixed the heat goes off and we have to chase them down and stop them from leaving.

I called TGM late on a Friday night with a leaking water heater. Luckily they came right over and even had the water heater I needed in stock. They replaced the water heater and cleaned up the mess from the old one. The price was fair and I am happy.

Horrible manners and horrible service. The leak came back within two days, and TGM wouldn't come back. They said it wasn't their problem. How is that possible? Well they came back after I stopped payment. They fixed it and the problem reoccured again. Why bother calling them back. Obviously they don't belong in this industry. Maybe as a handyman, but not as plumber.
