on 11/3/16 i entered the Cricket wireless store off Dual Hwy Hagerstown MD around 6:00PM. There was one person behind the desk helping a customer and was prompt telling us she would be right with us. Over an hour later the single clerk in the store was still helping the same customer and seemed to be personalizing the customers phone... by this time there was 2 or 3 other families waiting to be helped. I originally went into the store with high hopes of switching to a cricket phone that day, but an hour wait and apparent small talk with the customer shes been with for over an hour was ridiculous and left. I will never go to Cricket Wireless due to this experience and in part because i believe a company is only as good as its employees, and in Crickets case thats not good.
