Provided by YP.comToday around 6:30 pm I was driving north on S. Lynn St. in Crystal City, VA. I noticed a Lifestar Ambulance driving very erratically. The driver was eating dinner from a large styrofoam container balanced on top of the steering wheel I don't recommend this ambulance company for a ride to the hospital. You might not make it. FYI: Lifestar Ambulance No. 134 Steer clear fellow drivers!
