Sarah Truax deserve a -5 star rating. Not only did she give me the worst haircut and color of my life, but she put me out $200. $200 that I had saved up for since my sister is getting married in a few weeks and I wanted my hair to look great! She will not give me any sort of refund or compensate me in any way. Her only offer of "help" was to go back to her, the girl who completely ruined my hair and made me very upset and insecure with how my hair looks every day, and have her "tweak it". So unless you are looking for a HORRIFIC hair cut, color and customer service from a hairstylist, please look elsewhere!

Renee McNally is a horrible stylist! The color she does is lousy, highlights are far from the roots. She overcharges for hair extensions, she doesn't give you all the hair you pay for, she splits the hair between other clients, always is running really late, and constantly talks about her financial burdens.
