Being a female most of the time were treated like idiots but not with Jeff at JR's - not only did he explain what was going on with his servicing my vehicle, but I got to watch what was going on, in a non-restrictive area - he didn't try and over-charge me, in fact he's more than reasonable. I've been to him a few times with different automobiles and have had no further problem with the autos. He will get you in and out, without undo waiting - respectful of others, shop clean, organized - if he can't do something he'll let you know, but he will go out of his way along with his son to service a vehicle. To find a problem with no charge, he and his son took 45 minutes to search and find the problem, which cost me forty dollars versus the dealer in Quincy Illinois for Toyota, that was going to soak us for two thousand dollars for a water pump and many other parts that were not needed.

Been doing various auto repairs with Jeff for a while. He and his sidekick are efficient and knowledgeable, all at a mighty good price. I almost always call them first if I have an auto-related issue.

My wife was traveling with our six young children far from home and our van broke down near this shop. She left it there in the evening and was stranded at a hotel. Jeff worked her in and got her up and running the next day. He went above and beyond and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He had never met is before but went out of his way to take care of us. Thank you!!!!!!
