Since 2005 Nicholas represented me in three different criminal proceedings and my relatives in one civil proceeding. He's not afraid to argue your case before the court at pre-trial, trial or on appeal. On each/every occasion he presented a prevailing defense and made a record for the higher courts to review. My case was reversed on appeal because of the arguments and record he made during the jury trial in my case. And when I did make it back into the trial court ? Nicholas negotiated a plea bargain that included my immediate release from prison. He went above and beyond to get the best results and did get the best results. I have an Aunt and Uncle he represented in a civil case. He prevailed in that case as well. This guy is on-top of all the latest developments in the law and he knows how to use it to your advantage. He and his staff keeps you informed, he's easy to contact and will sit down with you and explain every detail of your case. I highly recommend him for any type of case.

Fair priced and well connected. Unlike most lawyers I've dealt with, he is very good with communication even after he is paid, and doesn't come up with extra fees later on. If you're looking for a lawyer that's going to hold your hand in court, this isn't the guy. He puts his ducks in a row before he gets to court, so when he walks in, things happen quickly. He's well known in the court room and well liked by the judges. If you want one on one time with him, set up a meeting at his office. It's strictly business once he steps in the court room.

Great person, but is very slow to do things. Not aggressive at all. I have spent a few years with this attorney with no real results. So, if you need a good family law attorney....this is not the one for you.
