They go door to door trying to sell Kirby's. They lie about who they are to get in your home but it quickly becomes apparent. We finally gave in and got one but instantly canceled that same day once we realized they added a 23% interest and noticed they took both our vacuums. Managers name is Jewels Williams by the way. We got everything canceled and returned the product but they still haven't returned our vacuums. They have terrible customer support and rarely answer the phone. Also their inbox tends to be full quite often so you can't even leave a message. Which even if you do they haven't once called us back. They told us 6 days now that they were bringing our stuff back and someone was on their way. So we've waited at he and they have canceled every time but don't even bother to call to let you know until you call the next day. They honestly just need to be shut down in my opinion.
